tag/select images on nikon d4 so they are tagged at ingest

I am brand new to PM so this may be a simple question.  I have read where you can mark or tag images as you shoot events so that they already "tagged" after ingesting into PM.  My question is how do you do that on a Nikon D4?  Is it the lock key or is it something else?  Thanks for your time.

Correct, the "lock key" button on the back of the camera is what you'd need to press.

sry but have you ever thought about trying it?
just press the lock button und see what happens to the checkbox next to the picture after ingesting.
