Problem tagging images in preview
« on: June 25, 2013, 02:57:42 PM »
I am having problems tagging images when they are open in Preview mode.

I am using PM V5.0 on a PC running Windows 8.

The grey tick-box in the lower right corner often does not select the first time it is clicked. It usually selects on the second click, and sometimes it takes three or four clicks.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue, and if so, how I can fix it?

Are any other applications working with the same images in the background?

Hi Kirk,

Good point, but no - it does it even when there are no other applications running in the background.

What kind of images are they?  JPEGs?  RAWs?  Do you have write permission on these files?

I'd suggest contacting our tech support folks for troubleshooting.  It is much faster than the forums.  Email them at support@camerabits.com or call them at 503-547-2888 during business hours.
