PhotoShelter upload not working

Hi, some long time ago I followed this topic
http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=5486.msg25117#msg25117
and add  69.22.188.84    ul.photoshelter.com  to hosts file. Everything worked fine until now. When trying to upload to PhotoShelter I got  Eror: Bad file descriptor - connect(2).  I am using Windows Vista and PM 4.6.9

The address for ul.photoshelter.com has changed to 69.22.188.100.
