With the increased cost of the subscription model a product roadmap visible to customers would help to retain long term customers and attract potential customers. Is the increased cost to maintain the existing support and ongoing product development? Does this subscription model increase the pace of new features? Will this support native Apple silicon support or a new IOS product?
A positive vision of the future would be encouraging for customers, both current and future. There's no need to make commitments to specific time frames, just a notion of priorities and future vision would be helpful.
