Apply XMP template?

With PM's upcoming support for IPTC Core, ratings and other goodies, I was wondering if PM 4.5 will have the ability to "apply a XMP template" the way we can with Adobe Bridge? 
I assume this would be an extension of the "Stationary" concept, but focused more towards full XMP support?

It is just the IPTC Stationery Pad with the IPTC4XMP core fields added, along with the IPTC Sub-Location field.

Completely custom XMP namespaces will have to wait for a future version.
