PM5 windows crash

PM 5, build 15077 on Win 8.1 64 bit. Step to reproduce crash:
  • Open IPTC stationary pad
  • Press left or right Alt key in  any text entry field
All metadata entered or changed since the last save is immediately lost. Entering and editing metadata is all I do on PM. I hope these crashes are eliminated as it's no fun having to redo one's work.

I have a similar problem.  In my case just pressing the ALT key anywhere in the IPTC pad causes an immediate PM5 crash. Windows closes the program with the usual "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" message. It happens on both computers.

I was able to reproduce this crash on my test system. For now you can disable the spell checking to prevent this crash from happening until we get a fix out.

In your Photo Mechanic preferences disable the spell checking as I've done in this picture:
