Re-Activation Problem
« on: February 24, 2014, 09:58:18 AM »
Today I had have to reinstall my new few days old W 7 installation (with a PM 5 installation) due to a misconfiguration. Before deleting the HDD I tried to deactivate this morning my already registered PM 5-version, but the deactivation process failed.

Now I have downloaded the PM 5-version again, but I'm unable to register it. Everytime I fill in the Password and click "Register", nothing happens even if I try it to run PM as Admin. The register panel do open, I fill in my password information, but PM do not start, nothing happen

Is your system behind a firewall?  Can it connect to the internet?  You can always try the manual activation option.

Otherwise, contact sales@camerabits.com and they'll check your license against our activation system looking for any problems and will advise you how to proceed.
