I think I am having problems with D2xs files with PM. When I try to open and view a folder with d2xs files I get a question mark to the right of the folder name in the navigator column. Any fixes?

I need more information from you:

What OS are you running?
What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?
Can you please post a screen shot of the Navigator?

Thanks,

-Kirk

I am running XP with PM 4.4.3.3. Also I forgot to mention that my actual problem is that no images appear when the question marked folder is selected. All images within the folder are d2xs images. Attached is the screen shot. Thanks

What created the folder in question?
Can you post a screen shot of the same tree displayed in a Windows Explorer window?

Thanks,

-Kirk

Here is the Windows shot

Weird.  I was expecting to see some unicode (non-ascii) character following the closing parenthesis.
What created the folder?

My boss created this folder. It is part of his naming system. Could this folder name be creating problems? Or could the D2Xs files be the problem?

Can you contact me privately and give me your phone number?  I want you to try some things with a command prompt and I'll step you through it over the phone.

Thanks,
