PM 5 freezes saving, resizing or emailing photos

I'm having issues trying to save resized photos and email resized photos. Both result in a progress bar that won't move that freezes the application into a spinning beach ball of death, requiring a force quit. Is resetting the application preferences a possible solution here? Thanks!

Possibly.  What version of PM are you running?  What OS are you running PM on?
