wrong date in file

Hi

I work for a sports photo agency and my pictures are not dropping into their on line gallery as they are submitted, they have to do a manual search to find them,in turn the picture desks don't see them either. They have sent me the following info

On checking everything we have discovered this in the raw detail:

Can you provide a sample image and bit more info on what is data is missing/incorrect (and also what it should be instead)?
