"Show hidden folders" not sticking

Hi,
I'm testing the latest Photo Mechanic version and I'm dealing with an annoyance.

The "Show hidden/system folders" preferences of the Navigation pane are not sticking. I have to unchek them every time I reopen Photo Mechanic.
Is this intended, a known bug, or... ¿?

Are other preferences "sticking" for you if you change them?

Yes. As far as I know.

("Sticking": Blame it on the language barrier. The first expression that came to my mind )

OK, well I would like for you to change a setting purposefully and then quit and relaunch PM.  Then check to see if the setting you changed is still in effect or not.

I've changed "Show unknown files as proxies". It keeps the change.

Edit: Changed different settings. All of them are kept when I close/reopen PM except the two I'm having problems with.

(I'm using Windows 7 64bits)

OK.  I'll look into how those preferences are saved/loaded and see what I can do.  What build of PM 5 are you running?

I don't know if this is related to my problem or this setting works as expected but "View combined RAW + JPG" doesn't keep it's state when I close-reopen PM.

You have to set the default in the Contact Sheet section of the Preferences dialog.  When you change it on the menu it is only changing the setting for that particular contact sheet at that time and is not saved/restored when you open that particular contact sheet again.

It should be fixed in the next build of PM 5.  I expect its release sometime next week.

Digital sarcasm.

System crash. After restart I open PM. NOW it keeps the settings.
I close PM. I reopen it. Settings lost again.

one last question I forgot to ask... is this only happening to me? Is somebody else experiencing this problem?
