How to enter multi-line data as a single keyword?
« on: November 09, 2014, 03:47:45 PM »
Trying to embed a fotoBiz license as a keyword prior to downloading the image to a buyer.
Part of a typical license is below, separate lines with no commas.
But once pasted into the Stationery Pad keyword field, applied to an image and saved, a comma appears between each line.
This is ok, but I would prefer the whole license to be treated as a single keyword.

Worse, if I upload the image to, say, PhotoDeck, the keywords are arranged alphabetically.
Now each line of the comma-separated license is scattered throughout the keyword field.
Of course, not likely that I will be uploading an image with license to any portal, but my concern is that I can not control how a buyer might treat the image, perhaps resulting in loss of the license integrity.

Paul,

That's not a keyword.

What you're wanting to enter is more suitable for Special Instructions.

The Keywords list is unordered.  Applications are free to display them in the order they appear, or they may sort them.
