Filter View "All, Tagged, ...." issue
« on: February 09, 2015, 11:41:25 AM »
After Tagging some photos and then setting the Filter View to "Tagged" all tagged photos are displayed. When I now check the tagged photos and then untagging some of them while the Filter View is active I expect those now untagged to be removed from the view. It's otherwise difficult to see which photos are still tagged.

Simply apply the filter again.

If it were actually dynamic, then if you ever made a mistake then *poof* your picture would disappear, then you'd have to turn off the filter and then need to hunt it down to change it back.

F5 is your friend here. And as Kirk said, the filter isn't applied immediately for a very good reason...

I use PM for speed. If I have to press some keys each time I untag an image I'm lost. I for my part are sure that when I untag an image that I don't want to see it any longer. If someone is not sure about, think twice. BTW. that's also the way LR works in filter modes and it's a good way as it prevents me to untag an image twice and so it's tagged again.

So, it's not a bug, it's a feature. Our solution - your problem.

What about to configure how the filter should work? Should be no big deal.

Hi,
Sorry to be on the other side...but I would rather the filter not to be applied immediately (as it is today).
