The IPTC Info is saved to the image (or optionally to an XMP sidecar file for RAW images).  Where are your images stored?  If they're on a camera card, PM will not write to cards by default.  You have to enable PM to write on camera disks.  We don't recommend it however.  Ingest first, then caption your images.

Hi Krik,

I save images first in my laptop, then i select and caption the photo. i am using PM last 3 years, i never had this problem.

For your reference attached IPTC stationery pad. in IPTC i saved 8 to 10 photographer name and city name, but when i restart PM or my laptop its disappear, its happen with all filed earlier it work fine.

Also in IPTC Stationery pad, if i change the date and apply to selected photo, its show camera date on photo.

Thank you
