Displaing Images From Multiple Folders

I'd like to select/tag images from different folders (not move or copy them), then have them displayed in a single "virtual" Contact sheet. Is that possible? If so, how?

Yes, Photo Mechanic can open multiple folders into a single contact sheet.

From the Navigator or Favorites, to combine two folders into one Contact Sheet, right-click (Ctrl-click) the folder you want to add in and select the ‘Open in Current Contact Sheet’ option. Option-double-click will also open the folder in the current contact sheet window.

Remember Folders as a Favorite...: This command is only active when the current Contact Sheet tab is browsing multiple folders. When used, this command ‘remembers’ the set of folders as a Favorite in the Favorites panel.
