Capture Time Not Showing Up

When transmitting images, my editors are telling me that the time field is cleared.

On my end, images appear with the correct time and display the correct camera sync time depending on location I am in.

I've tried going to: Tools -> Update Camera Dates And Times -> Clicking all three boxes in the bottom left hand corner and updating images. But still showing a cleared time field on their end.

I am using Canon 1DX cameras and updated Photo Mechanic 5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you possibly able to post one of the images here? Or a sample image that is showing the problem?  Use the "Attachments and other options" link at the bottom of the post window.
