Automate/macro to copy one IPTC field to another?

I have lots of images with the CAPTION field filled. Is there some way I could automatically copy this field into the TITLE field?

I've never used macros but if given an example I think I could work with it.

This would save me lots of work if possible.

You don't need a macro, you can do this with the stationary pad. Make sure the stationary pad is empty before you begin and then at the field for the title, use the {variable} for the field you want to enter there. Then apply the stationary to any of the files you like to set the title for in this way.
