Is there a specific field dedicated or best served for including licensing terms for an image?

No.  How would you enforce it?  They will be able to view the image without ever seeing the license agreement.  Generally such things are done with services like PLUS.

Well- I did discover the "Rights Usage Terms:" field which will serve the purpose just fine. This goes along w/ the contract to the client who purchased the rights to use it. Also to answer your question about enforcing- this is one step in protecting my images/property by tying it in the metadata.
