Card not erasing/un-mounting/voice tags lost

Hi
First time post.......
When I ingest my Nikon D5 jpg images,  error message comes saying "ingest with 3 errors".  I have both delete after ingest and unmount disk after ingest boxes ticked. It is not deleting images and un-mounting disk.  It also fails to attach voice tags to the images.
Think this problem has only just started after an update on my mac?
It only seems to do it when there are 100 images or more.......strange.
Stats are:
Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 17719 (c8049ca)
Version 10.13.2 (17C88) MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Hope someone can help please.

Please get the latest build of PM5: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=11211.0

If this doesn't address the problem, then I'd like to see your Photo Mechanic log.  In Photo Mechanic go to the Help menu and choose "Reveal Support Data..." and moments later a Finder window will come forward with the zipped log file selected.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your zipped PM log file.

Thanks Kirk.......just did a test and it seems to have fixed it....cheers!!!   :)
