Larger previews on contact sheet

Hey all.

Not sure if this one has been brought up, so apologies if it's redundant. Like a lot of photographers, I edit on a 27" iMac. The largest contact sheet zoom level gives only 4 across, with a lot of grey "dead" space between. I find myself nose to the screen doing my final cull a lot. If that grey unused area could be given to enlarge the image, that would be killer. So yeah, essentially just a larger grid on the contact sheet.

If you choose a slightly smaller thumbnail size then you should get more thumbnails across the screen.  If we added a larger size than the current largest size, then you would either get fewer total thumbnails or the gray area would get a little smaller.

If I'm not understanding what you're saying, please post a screen shot that illustrates what you're describing.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshot.
