Beta Bug - CD Volume Name
« on: April 02, 2007, 07:26:14 AM »
I am running the latest beta on Windows XP and Vista Ultimate x64.  I burn a backup CD or DVD after I ingest my cards.  The volume name I always use is backup-{tmn0}{tdy0}{tyr4} which give me backup-currentdate.  It worked fine until I installed the first beta.  Now all I get for the volume name (on the burned disc) is b.  It is the same in both versions of Windows.

Is this issue occurring on both XP and Vista, or just one of the two operating systems you've listed?

It is occurring in both versions.

It was an issue with Unicode names.  I have fixed it in a development build.

Thanks for the heads-up.
