Renaming a folder
« on: May 11, 2006, 04:14:37 PM »
I noticed an odd kwinkie dink, that when I want to rename a folder, Favorites or Navigator list,  I can backspace over the name but if I try to use the delete key by clicking anywhere within the name nothing happens.  This is a standard windows explorer feature for renaming any folders.  I have Win XP platform and lastest version of Camera Bits.

thx.  Bob

kwinkie dink. ;)  Now that's a different name for a software bug...

I just renamed a folder by right clicking on the folder and chose rename on the contextual menu that appeared.  The entire name was selected.  I moved the cursor by clicking inside the name.  Both the delete key and the backspace key worked fine.

Are you sure you have the latest version of Photo Mechanic? (4.4.3 is current)
