& symbol makes catalog name disappear

I've been testing with 2 catalogs and have been wondering why my catalog names weren't showing up under "Active Catalogs" or "Manage Catalogs". I just discovered that if you use the "&" symbol in a catalog name, it makes the name disappear. The other symbols I tried don't cause an issue, although I didn't check them all.
I attached a screenshot of my test, and you can see that the 2nd catalog name has disappeared, and the only change is the addition of an "&" symbol at the end.

I tried all sorts of catalog names and the results are the same any time "&" is used. It can be at the beginning, the end or in the middle of any combination of letters or other symbols.

Hmm.  Attached is what I tried.  I'm unable to reproduce.

Never mind, I figured it out.  A fix is in the works.
