Crop Preference

I saw a topic posted in July 2006 about this, but no mention of a follow-up, so I will post it again.

I have set my preferred crop type as "constrained" in my prefrences, but when I turn on my crop feature, it is always set to "normal".  Setting it to constrained in the Preview pane, leaving the pane, and coming back puts the crop back to "normal" instead of my preferred mode.

Platform: Windows XP Home
