Keywords-Sources

I am just beginning to work with IPTC data in PM 4.5 and have discovering how much time it takes to populate the various fields, specifically keywords. Can someone point me in the direction of a public (read free) source for keywords so that I may more quickly and accurately populate the field?

do a googlel search on KEYWORD COMPILER and you will find at least one that is free.

I downloaded it a while ago but I'm still so new to keywording that I don't know what to do with it.
