Favorites list

How is PM 4.5 organizing my favorites list? the order seems to change every time I open up a new folder. Can I set organization parameters for favorites?

It's likely a bug in the Favorites pane.  I will likely rewrite the Favorites (like I am doing for the Navigator right now) when I get a chance.
