Photos not showing in folder

Hi there,
I opened the software, and the photos were showing. I managed to even rotate a few. When I tried to access a separate folder, the photos are not showing up at all.
I checked my Privacy settings for MAC and it's allowed to access all folders.

I am using Mac Version 14

PhotoMechanic Version 6.0, build 5378 (4d1fe32)

How can I use the software again?

Is there something different about the folder that you can't browse?  Are you still able to browse folders that you previously browsed?
