Transferring FTP settings
« on: April 06, 2021, 09:46:36 AM »
Pretty sure that this has been asked and answered before but I can't find it now.  I have transferred my prefs to my new machine BUT all my FTP credentials did not come over. Is there a way to bring over my FTP credentials without having to email a list of clients for passwords? Thanks.

Yes though I'd need to know what OS you're running on both systems in order to give you concise instructions.

Eric,

Wow... sorry working on little sleep today.  Windows 10.

Thanks.  Copy the folder at (assuming your boot drive is C:\)

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Camera Bits, Inc\Photo Mechanic\fileupload\templates\builtin

from one computer to the same location on the other.

HTH,

-Kirk
