Allow user to rearrange Collections

It would be nice to have the ability to rearrange collections so they're not automatically alphabetical. Drag/drop rearrange would be preferable. My current workaround is to put a character in front of the text so it appears first (example attached), though I'd rather the Group Photos be on the bottom.
