So most of the non native english european shooters (germans, spanish, french, skandinavian, east european..) have to use other progs for their worldcup texting workflow...It's a great pity.

I agree, but what you're asking for would take weeks to accomplish and can't be cranked out in a day.  4.4.3.1 is a bug fix release and will not introduce any new functionality.

I hope you understand.

since im not doing the footie world cup (luckily) ,my next big events are european athletics championship in sweden and the world basketball championships in JAPAN in august , so how about then Kirk ? any chance for that ? and dont get me wrong , i just love PM, just the fact that it takes me aprox 5 mins to caption an average assigment in PM , then 15-25 minutes in photoshop to replace all the wrong characters.

maybe an option of saving captions photoshop style might be a solution in progress ?

I know it is too late no for your events, but I changed the line ending to CF/LR on my PC and now it reads the danish characters æøå in CS2.

Bear with us a while longer.  I am currently adding full unicode support to Photo Mechanic 4.5...
