I often work back and forth between Lightroom 11.5 and Photo Mechanic Plus 6.0. I am writing changes in LR to XML, and I understand how to check for metadata changes created by PMP in LR.
My issue: LR is slow to read the changes. LR seems to detect some changes, but not all of them.
Is there a way to force Lightroom to scan many images (in a collection or for the entire library) more quickly?
