Catalog Management window will not open . . .

I have a catalog selected to Search&Add/Modify. When I go to Catalog->Catalog Management, nothing happens. The window does not appear. Same result for several of the other choices on that menu. Even the Catalog->Search Examples window does not appear.

I have exited and restarted PM+; also restarted my MBP.

I've not encountered this problem before and am stumped. Any suggestions?

Am on a MBP, Ventura 13.4.1 (c).

I have the same problem so will contact support. I cannot get a preview either.
