Oof. My last comment seems to be gone? (If I didn't mess anything up on my end.) Now we're at a state of deleting user posts here with no notice or mentioning? Come on guys, I think you need to get some things sorted. I hope the best for you guys. Times are challenging for everyone.

We didn't remove any of your posts in this thread. I know that I didn't, and I checked with others in the office that have the capability to do so and none of them did either.  However, a user was removed from the forum for their behavior towards our staff (which was not limited to this thread/forum), and as such their posts and any threads they created are gone. If you participated in those threads, any posts would of course be gone, but we welcome feedback, positive or negative, as long as it remains respectful, evidenced by the fact that there is a lot of critical feedback in the 14 pages of this thread.  And you are welcome to post again.

I did remove Dennis' post since it was not in the spirit of what our company stands for and its purpose for being.  It is unfortunate that it was posted in the first place but he agreed with me that it should be (and was) removed.

Thank you for clarifying Kirk – I then messed up my reply apparently  :-[

Essentially I was saying the same thing as you just did – that the spirit and tone of the last post from Dennis was not what one would appreciate and what should be the attitude towards customers, no matter the circumstances. We all have it tough these days and I hope Dennis finds a better mental approach.

I don't really have an issue with the subscription model if I am receiving regular updates.  This question has probably been asked before, but have there been any regular updates since the subscription model was announced?  Since I'm still using a legacy version, I'm assuming I would not be aware of the updates.

Thanks

EJ
