Snapshot
« on: November 21, 2023, 07:35:45 AM »
Hello, is it possible to create Snapshots exclusively (for example) for the rights image. If I fill in the image rights fields and create a snapshot, when I apply it, all the other fields will be deleted. I'd like to be able to apply only the image rights fields without deleting the rest. Thank you !

Create a IPTC-Template (command-i or strg-i), click "clear" on the lower left, fill in the data you need (the checkbox get's ticked) and apply the template to the images as needed.

The tick-box means: overwrite...
After 5 years of absence I restarted the photography.

Thanks ! But if I do that, and save the differents fills as a snapshot, when I use the snapshot other fields are cleared (deleted) what I don't want (ex. keep the fill description as it is)

So finally I understand.  :P. I have to use IPTC-Template (command-i or strg-i) and apply template to selected, but not directly" I" button (metadata) and a snapshot. Many thanks !

Maybe I have not explained it perfectly, sorry.
But glad it works now :)
