Icelandic letters incorrect in IPTC info

yes thats correct all seems to look god but when I seend the images something happens, all images I have send today is ok so maybee It`s something wrong in the other end " The reciever" I dont know what do you think?

Can you save your IPTC Stationery Pad as an .IPT file and send it to me?

I have the same problem with the special danish letters "æøå" after updating to 4.5.1.
I am a big fan of code replacements, but had to go back to 4.4.3.3 to make them work. I know my code replacements have to be in UTF-8, but somehow everything ended up in IPTC without "æøå".

Did you actually save your text files out as UTF-8 in your text editor?  Can you send me a sample file so I can test with it?
