Is it possible to set up Variables to reverse first, last name in renaming??

I'm trying to rename a bunch of files using the batch rename (command M). I'm setting up the filename essentially as:

XXX_1234567_Last Name_First Name.jpg

I want to pull the names from the Personality field in the IPTC template. Is there a way to ask Variables to switch the first and last names with an underscore between them? Obviously the number of letters in each person's name are going to vary widely, so simply trying to add/subtract from the string of characters won't work.

That is not something that Photo Mechanic is able to do, however, a fairly simple script should be able to accomplish this task if you or anyone you know has programming abilities.
