Is it possible to store images and videos on two different hard drives when importing them? If so, how can this be done?

I do not understand your question.  Photo Mechanic Plus will work with your images and videos wherever they are stored, they can be on many different drives.

Is something giving you trouble?  If so, what in particular?

Let's say I have two types of media on my card, one being Stills and the other Video. When I read the card, the files are separated into two folders: Stills and Video. I want to further separate them by having Stills on an SSD and Video on another SSD.

Regards

There is currently no way to have different source media have different disk destinations.
