Corrupt Nef-file

Hi Kirk, I have a problem with a corrupt Nef-file. The thumbnail is grey and I can't open it with any of my programs. I wonder if I could send it to you, so you can have a professionel look at it.
I have tried to revert and nothing happend :(

PM 4.4.3.3
I fear it has something to do with iview media pro, which I just bougt. I crashes quite often. (It's a Microsoft product, so...).
