As low light high ISO performance has gotten better on cameras and post processing it is not unusual to have images you are culling be too dark to see easily but will look good after post processing.  Other tools like FastRAW Viewer allow you to toggle on Exposure Correction to automatically brighten up or dim as needed images to make they more easily assessed during culling.  This is a powerful feature and one as a wildlife photographer I would love to have in Photo Mechanic.  To be clear not asking for editing of the RAW just adjustment of what is being displayed for culling purposes. This allows you to make better choices from a group of underexposed or overexposed images which must still be culled perfectly exposed or not.

I have attached a sample image RAW shown Photo Mechanic and in FastRAW Viewer with Exposure Correction toggled on.
