All files are not ingesting

Just realized that several batches of files didn't ingest from the SD cards.

We need more information to be able to help you. Is it specific files (just unlocked files, just JPEGs)? Are there error messages? Is the problem reproducible? It would probably best if you called our support line: 503-547-2888

Will call tomorrow, it's late.  They are Camera Raw all locked and unlocked files from 2 different Sony A9 Mark III cameras using Sony SD cards with a ProGrade Dual Slot SD card. These are batches that are in the middle of different cards, haven't tried to see if I can reproduce.  Will do a few more test before calling.
