Numerous fields are not going across on injest

I have been using PM + for a couple of years with no issue. My latest use however has partly failed in that when injesting, numerous fields, though ticked are not going across. In addition the 'unload' on completion feature is not working
My PM+ is up to date
I am using a 16" MacBook Pro with Mac OS Tahoe v 26.62

Some screenshots that show your metadata template, Ingest window, and resulting files would likely be helpful.

I do not know what feature you are referring to.
