upload to DRR fails

Using the new Upload dialog box to send file to my Digital Railroad archive I have input the connection name: ftp.digitalrailroad.net, my user name and password and I get this error message:  Failed to fetch group folders from server: #<Net::FTPPermError: 530 Login incorrect.  I am able to upload to my DRR archive via the Photo Mechanic FTP utility and with Transmit.  The upload utility works for my Photoshelter account.  Is there a bug, or am I missing something?
