If you can get the print job dialog to not show a preview then that would solve the problem.  Otherwise it will have to be fixed on my end.

one can turn off the preview but it stops you from using some of the functions (eg print only selected pages.)  For now it works but if you could tweak the next upgrade it would be great.  thanks for your usual speed.

I was able to reproduce the problem on my Leopard system and have fixed it.  The fix will appear in the 4.5.3.1 update, due soon.
