Extract Jpeg Previews does not apply crop

Love the Extrace Jpeg Preview tool, but the crop applied to the raw file (in this case a NEF) is not included in the extracted jpeg.

Using Windows 4.5.2.

That tool is not meant to apply crops.  Wait until Save As is modified to allow the use of the embedded preview in RAW files and you'll have what you want.  I will add this in the 4.6 version.

While you are adding the ability of "Save Photo as" to work on NEFs, please consider allowing "FTP Photo as" to send jpeg versions of NEFs as well  (with 4.5.2W, if you only have a NEF version of a file, FTP only lets you send a NEF, not a jpeg).
