error in save as

In the latest version I keep getting errors in save as(psd to jpeg for web) and then photomechanic freezes indefinitely and I have to force quit. Running leopard on an imac g5. Never had this problem before and if I restart pm I can then save the same photo no problem but it may do it on the next. Its a bit random but is guaranteed to happen if within 5 saves, singly or batch.

By latest version, you do mean 4.5.3, right?

I'll look into this as soon as I can.
