transfer of FTP bookmarks
« on: December 17, 2007, 08:30:29 AM »
Is it possible to copy over the FTP connections from one computer to another?  If so how do I find them?  I just bought a new laptop and want to bring over my FTP connections from the PM on the old machine.

thanks

The settings are stored in the preferences file.  You can find it in your Preferences folder in your user account:

1) Open your home folder.
2) Open the Library folder.
3) Open the Preferences folder.
4) Look for the file "com.camerabits.PhotoMechanic.plist" and copy it to your other system in the same location.

HTH,

Kirk:

Thanks.  Copying the preferences over loaded the FTP settings.

Thanks,
