When you have PM set to review the email before sending do you see that the images have been attached to the email?

Hello, i don't know, but:

if i send the picture to my own adress and as bcc to the customer, in outlook i have all the pictures, but in all other e-mail clients there are no emails.

There is only a winmail.dat or no file.

It sounds like a configuration problem with your Outlook 2007 application.  What happens if you manually attach image files to an email in Outlook 2007 and send the email?

OK, then we're going to have to figure out why your attachments are turning into winmail.dat files.  I'll see if I can find out anything with a few Internet searches.

Try this first:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101530181033.aspx

Then see if it works any better.

OK, so what does it do now?

We have many customers that use Outlook 2007 with the Send Photos via email function and it works fine for them.  There has to be some sort of configuration issue on your end.  I don't know what it would be however.
