Export to html - needs apply IPTC

I only put IPTC data on the selects of a shoot. So if I do a search I only find the selects (which are with the rest). Today I needed to create a html gallery of a shoot which I hadn't done any selects - therefor no caption info, no copyright & so on.
Would it be possible to add IPTC data as exporting so my files don't have the info only the html gallery?

How about: create a copy of the files before you export, IPTC those and then export to HTML?

That's what I did - but improvements is what this forum is about. That one less step would be an big improvement for me.

Agreed.  We could add an "Apply IPTC Stationery Pad" checkbox to the Export dialog.
