ROT files

The current version leaves zero-length ".rot" files in the directory if you use the "apply rotation" option on a window computer. This requires a manual delete operation step which shold NOT be necessary.

This seems more like a support question rather than a feature request, but I will look into it.

I tried using the Apply Rotation to JPEGs... tool on a soft-rotated JPEG photo and no ".rot" file was left behind.

How about listing the original name of the file and listing the name of the rot file that you're seeing?
