Ingest progress

Is it possible for an additional option to SHOW the progress dialog when the ingest has finished rather than HIDE. This would allow me to continue to edit the contact sheet whilst the ingest is going on in the background and then be notified when the ingest is finished and it is time to exchange the card for a new one.

I find it in some cases (for example when quickly downloading doring shooting) an option to keep the ingest progress on top would be also useful not having to switch windows to see how it is going, but at least bringing it to front would be helpful.

Also during working in the background the Growl notifications would be very helpful (unfrotunately only under Mac). Adviced as a Feature request earlyer: http://forums.camerabits.com/index.php?topic=3101.msg14106#msg14106
